Front Wiper Motor - Fiat Punto MK1

A common failure on these models as the roof gutter gets blocked with debris and all the water runs into where the wiper motor is located, causing it to fill with water.  Once this happens the wiper motor will not last very long, so you need to make sure the gutter's on top of the car are clear so the water can run down onto the road
